Coaching

Coaching is an ideal way of enhancing ones command of the foreign language and communication skills quickly and effectively while being focused on current business affairs. It can be used as a long term training measure as well as for trouble shooting. To prepare a presentation or to get ready for an important meeting or negotiation, the trainer will work with one or two members of the staff. Together they edit and discuss the documents and slides while the trainer offers support and tips and outlines individual strategies.
