These workshops focus on particular business skills (i.e. presentations, meetings, negotiations) and are conducted in the target language. The practical use of the skills in the target language is trained in a communicative way and the focus lies on functions and strategies that enhance the confident and convincing performance of the participants. With this approach it goes without saying that cultural awareness plays a prominent role.

Coaching is an ideal way of enhancing ones command of the foreign language and communication skills quickly and effectively while being focused on current business affairs. It can be used as a long term training measure as well as for trouble shooting. To prepare a presentation or to get ready for an important meeting or negotiation, the trainer will work with one or two members of the staff. Together they edit and discuss the documents and slides while the trainer offers support and tips and outlines individual strategies.
